Ingredients
- 2 cupPlain Greek yogurt
- 1 cupMixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoonHoney or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.5 teaspoonVanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- 1
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well until thoroughly mixed and smooth, ensuring any sweetener is fully dissolved.
⏱ 2 min - 2
Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture. If using fresh berries, you can slightly mash a few for extra flavor, or keep them whole. If using frozen, mix them directly into the yogurt.
⏱ 1 min - 3
Carefully spoon the berry yogurt mixture into 4-6 popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
⏱ 3 min - 4
Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the pops are completely solid. For best results, allow them to freeze overnight.
⏱ 240 min - 5
To remove the pops, run the outside of the molds under warm water for 10-15 seconds to loosen them, then gently pull out the frozen pops. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade treat!
